For a limited time, the Solid Waste Management Facility is offering a rich, dark, compost-like material for your yard and garden projects. Bring your bags, boxes or buckets to self-load this material. This offer is FREE for Leon County residents.

Residents may self-load this material Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. This is available only at the Apalachee Parkway facility. When you come into the facility, stay to the right. Go past the recycling building and the free mulch/compost will be on your right.
