Question/Topic: Where can I find Florida labor laws?
Answer/Pointer: On the Florida Department of Labor website, (http://www.state.fl.us/dles/), you will find the following: The primary federal law is called the "Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 as Amended" (FLSA). Florida law governing labor matters are found in multiple locations throughout the statutes. In general, federal law is stricter than Florida law, except in areas regulating employment of minors.
