Description:
Woodville Community Center opened it's doors on October 15, 2007. The approximate 6,000 square foot facility is adjacent to the Historic St. Marks Trail. The main room ( the Live Oak) can accomodate 124 guests. The room can also be divided for use by smaller groups. The Live Oak features an audio visual system that includes a cordless microphone, DVD player and built in projector. A podium is also available for use. The Dogwood and Magnolia Rooms are utilized for meetings or small intimate gatherings and can accomodate 25 individuals each. The kitchen has a caterering size refrigerator and two micowaves. The center is a beautiful setting for both large and small occasions. We provide tables ( 42 6ft. tables, and 4 36 inch round tables) and chairs (200). Rental time includes set up and decorating time. After each event, patrons are required to put the tables and chairs back where they found them and to bag up any trash and place in the dumpster. A staff member will be present to open and close the center on the date of your event.

Any group reserving a meeting room must have an adult (18-yrs. or older), parent or legal guardian in the room at all times that the room is occupied. Alcohol, tobacco products and firearms are prohibited.  We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
