Description:
The Dorothy Cooper Spence Community Center is located off US 27 South. The building can be divided into two meeting areas or the entire center is available for rent. The kitchen has an ice maker, sink and refrigerator and two microwaves. Fees vary accordingly to space and time requested. The facility is also host to a number of community activities. The building is frequently booked for parties, showers and weddings. We provide tables ( 17 6 ft., 2 8 ft., 6 4 ft., 3 36'round and chairs ( 90). Rental time includes set up and decorating time. After each event the patrons are required to put all chairs and tables back where they were found and to bag up any trash and place it in the dumpster. A staff member will be present to open and close the center on the date of your event.

Any group reserving a meeting room must have an adult (18-yrs. or older), parent or legal guardian in the room at all times that the room is occupied. Alcohol, tobacco products and firearms are prohibited.  We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
