Books listed in our survey were, of course, a very diverse collection.  Many are popular favorites of the current selection available, and many are wonderful old favorites that we grew up enjoying.
     Some were "books" that are part of our everyday lives and are available in the Adult Reference Department . . . copies of the Bible, Koran, dictionaries and encyclopedias . . . that can be checked out.
     Other items were requested by author...some for their great bodies of work and some because they created imaginary worlds for all of us to enjoy or collections of unforgettable characters who are part of our world. The collected works of Jane Austen, Collected writings of Gandhi, Shakespeare Complete Works, Nora Roberts’ books, Anime and Manga Books, Dr Seuss, Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling, Junie B. Jones
