Transportation Disadvantaged (TD) Pedestrian Complaint Form is linked below

Bob has been Chair of the Local TD Board since 2000, and is a fervent advocate for walkable community design. He believes it's important to create alternative mobility opportunities to disadvantaged individuals and others who do not drive, besides paratransit programs.

To apply for the program or schedule rides, please call 891-5199. The program is known as "Community Transportation," and is administrated by StarMetro Transit.

Go to www.talgov.com/starmetro/programs.cfm for information and an electronic copy of the Application. Go directly to the Application via www.talgov.com/starmetro/pdf/ctcapp.pdf.

Applications should be submitted via mail or Fax (891-5143), along with required medical documentation, to the attention of Jan Hudson.

More detailed information about the program is found at www.crtpa.org. At this site, locate the menu item on the left column that reads "Trans Disadvant."

The Capital Regional Transportation Planning Agency (CRTPA) is housed in City Hall. Colleen Roland staffs the local TD Coordinating Board (TDCB), schedules its meetings, and prepares its Meeting Agendas. If you have comments for the TDCB, a complaint or suggestion regarding policy or service provision, please contact Ms. Roland at 891-8623.

Transportation Disadvantaged (TD) Pedestrian Complaint Form allows residents to report the incidence and location of inadequate or unsafe pedestrian facilities (crosswalks, sidewalks, or the lack thereof) in Tallahassee and Leon County. Please fill out a separate form for each geographic location. However, the same form may be used when several hindrances exist at the same location. Your input is valuable.
