Director of Management Services: Kim Dressel

The Department of Management Services Administration Division is responsible for the oversight, policy development and coordination of the Facilities Management, Management Information Systems, Minority/Women Business Enterprise, Probation/Supervised Pretrial Release and Purchasing divisions. The Administration Division insures these offices receive the resources, guidance and support necessary to effectively and efficiently meet our customers' needs.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Respond to Board, Administration and citizens' requests,

• Policy development, coordination, monitoring and oversight of divisions within Management Services,

• Prepare, review and analyze divisional agenda and workshop items prior to submitting to Administration and the Board, and

• Conduct special studies as may be directed by the Commission or County Administrator.
