Chief Tom Quillin

Tom Quillin was appointed as the new chief of the Emergency Medical Services division in March 2005. Quillin served as Tallahassee Fire Department (TFD) chief for 15 years and brings more than 30 years of first response experience to Leon County. Prior to coming to Tallahassee, Quillin worked in Illinois as a fire chief at two fire departments, where he supervised fire and EMS operations. He has served in the rank of firefighter/paramedic, lieutenant, and assistant chief.
