Mission Statement:
The mission of the Facilities Management Division is to serve the citizens
of Leon County and occupants of County facilities; through the provision of
professional construction, operation and maintenance services; in order to
provide clean, safe and fully-functional County facilities.
Facilities Management is responsible for providing physical maintenance,
operations and construction management within a network of the County’s 84 buildings (approximately
over 1 million square feet) and over 90 acres of grounds.
The Division consists of 38 employees, and is organized into a director and
three functional programs.
